Anime review : Shaman King!

Shaman king is both an anime and manga series created by Hiroyuki Takei.
Manta Oyamada, a student attempted a shortcut through the graveyard to get to his house..as it was late night..there he meets Yoh Asakura and his companions : ghosts! ... He reveals himself to be a shaman..a medium between the worlds of the living and the dead. A shaman can possess themselves with ghosts. Yoh gets a loyal and powerful ghost named Amidamaru, a former samurai. Then yoh encounters Tao Ren. His ambition is to destroy humanity and to become the Shman King. Soon after that Anna Kyoyama, Yoh's fiance enters the picture and she prepares yoh for the tournament. The tournament is held once every 500 years. The one who becomes the shaman king can reshape the world as he/she chooses. This is the main plot of the story.
